Richard Bowman asked Clay to upgrade the engine, frame and suspension on his
'34 5-Window Coupe. The original flat-head V8 is giving way to a
built-up Flattie with two Strombergs and a vintage supercharger!

Clay built this super-clean '50 Chevy from the ground up, including the TPI'd 327 and the custom stainless engine bay that surrounds it! The '50 features Full TIlt's Mustang II airbag front suspension and Parallel leaf/airbag rear suspension. Clay's efforts on the '50 have already been rewarded with numerous show awards including the Rod & Custom Award of Excellence at the recent Goodguys show in Colorado Springs.
